What brand are you feeding them? Have you looked to see what it is made up of? Check the label for the amount of "fillers" in the dog food. Less fillers mean less "poop" and less eating because they actually feel full. My lab would poop 3 or 4 times a day and eat just as much when I was giving her Puppy and Dog Chow. Guy where I buy my food clued me in on getting low filler food when I was in there complaining about the dog crapping so much. I went with the brand he recommended, Diamond, and the dog ate and pooped half as much. Still using the Diamond brand today.
As for what to do with it, ain't got a clue. I scoop mine up and throw it off to the side of the road.
