1. I am disappointed with all the negative comments on here about CJ Moore. He is one of the last real life Founding Father style patriots and heroes that occupy high public office in this country. He should have our support and prayers as he fights the good fight for the REAL Constitution.
2. People need to understand, AND THIS INCLUDES DOEKILLER, that there has been a WAR in the legal field that started about 100 years ago as it relates to the U.S. Constitution. About that time long ago, self righteous REVISIONIST lawyers began advocated for a NEW kind of Constitution. This was the beginning of the affects of various Leftist movements that began in Europe and how they migrated to the U.S.
Under the New version of the Constitution, it was NO LONGER to be considered what the Founding Fathers *wrote* *said* *did* or *intended* ( an immutable unchangeable granite like document) but RATHER, it was to *become* a "living evolving document." Therefore, it was to *become* something malleable and changeable by JUDICIAL FIAT. And the goals was to have lawyers who would go along with this to become judges, particularly in the Federal judiciary and eventually to the Supreme Court.
So over time they have had tremendous success. What they do is literally AMEND the Constitution with their ultra radical liberal rulings and then they say, "we have the robe" "were are the federal court" YOU MUST BOW DOWN AND OBEY US."
3. Everyone with a high school education is supposed to know that the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment was specifically AND ONLY about RACE. It was an Amendment to address the realities of the aftermath of the Civil War and to prevent a stealth re-institution of a form of slavery and the denial of the equal protection of the laws to the recently freed black American slaves. Also various issues pertaining to Reconstruction.
4. As anyone with a brain or common sense knows, neither the EPC or DPC have ANYTHING TO DO WHATSOEVER WITH SEX, SEXUAL PREFERENCES, FETISHES OR PERVERSION!
BUT NOT IF YOU ARE A GODLESS ANTICHRIST LIBERAL REVISIONIST JUDGE, then you can say that the Constitution "says and means whatever I want it to say or mean." THAT is called judicial FIAT.
And that is something that Roy Moore perfectly knows and understands. But that is something all Americans are supposed to know and understand.
5. There are times in life when a federal court ruling is so blatantly wrong and unconstitutional itself that the States and the People must declare it a NULLITY. The Roe vs. Wade abortion ruling and all these sodomite marriage rulings are two examples. Anything less is itself a betrayal of the Constitution.
