So if federal law trumps state law, how are they legally smoking weed in Colorado & other states? Colorado state law passed marijuana use & made it legal, yet its illegal under federal law.
Haven't seen any feds arresting stoners in Denver on the news.
It's called the pick and choose method.... They pick and choose which laws to enforce... Just as they are doing with ACA.... Whatever is the hot topic at the time that will gain them the most votes with certain demographics...
