You nailed it. Name calling shows a complete lack of intelligence.
I don't have a lot to add that hasn't been said. I'm not bothered by gay people getting married any more than I am a Christian couple divorcing after promising God they would be together until death. What bothers me are grown men that proclaim to be Christians calling a group of gay people queers. I get this is a hunting site and many of you are conservative, but come on! It's disrespectful and makes you look ignorant.
In an attempt at levity on such a serious and touchy topic, I will close with this:
