This is a LEGAL matter, not a moral matter. In a legal sense, Moore is wrong. I imagine he will back down soon. More than likely he does not want to lose his bully pulpit over this issue until his term is almost over and he is running for something else. He is a professional candidate, like Don Siegelman was.
So if theft, suddenly became legal it would be ok and no one should stand against it?
