I was shooting long range with a 30-06 Mod 70 HBAR... 10x Unertil feeding it match ammo.
Then one day I happened upon a Mark 5 in 340 Wby. slung over a guys shoulder at a gun show....and built a new gun. and then on to the .338-378. Before the days of all the internet snipers and their 100's of new cartridges that are better than the next guy.... this was the one.
If you own a Weatherby Mag and don't reload... you are either 1)Rich 2) Don't shoot much.
No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.

300 RUM shells are expensive and I can load a more accurate round for less $. But I also enjoy tinkering around and learning. There was a tremendous amount of satis faction seeing deer go down for myself, my dad, & my nephew to My reloads. I've learned a lot and realize that there is so much more I need and can learn!
