pros and cons of 20g vs 12g? I have killed plenty with the 12g, but just got concerns with the 20g.
thoughts?

thoughts? I got no concerns with a 20 ga that does this at 40 yds....

20 is lighter and therefore easier to lug around. Kills a turkey just as dead as a 12, especially with TSS or another HTL load. A lot of guys on here get a hard on over 20's and TSS, there's tons of information on the board.

A 20ga filled with Federal HeavyWeight #7s and the right choke has cons??? I haven't found any yet.
The only cons to a 20ga is on the turkey's end of the deal.

What is your barrel length on that gun Hal? I am looking to get a 20 set up for my dad who just doesn't like to be on the receiving end of the ol' 835 anymore.
