Just got walked all up on in the national forest. Tried waving him off with my orange but he just stopped and stared. Ended up getting my stuff together and backing up a couple hundred yards.

I threw in the towel going to spend the day with my baby girl an girlfriend cleaning my truck an her car I had a good season let a bunch of deer walk killed a big ole doe just didn't see a big one to shoot but i can say I am more then ready to break out the fishing gear an start fishing tournaments good luck to all that's trying to end the season with a bang

Good luck everyone! Going to clean my daughter's buck. It has been an awesome day! I have been blessed with the best daughter and hunting partner a dad could ever ask for. She started hunting with me when she was five And had some really good seasons as a teenager but when she started college her luck went south but she continued to go hunting with her dad all these years with no kills. I am so proud of her and happy for her right now! My season can't get any better now

I need consensus to whether this is a fatal shot or not. The buck was shot with a sabot slug at 100 yards broadside. After shot he ran 30 yards into the middle of the field. He began feeding. But he was walking with a noticeable limp on his front shoulder where impact took place. Unsure if the follow-up shots hit the buck because he did not seem affected by them. He was limping and I have about a 40 yard blood trail that leads into some heavy briars. I've peaked around the briars and I do not see him. This happened around 7 AM today. A tracking dog is not a legal option in this county. I'm going back into the woods in a little bit after giving him some more time. The blood trail is light. This picture is where he spent the most time feeding.
