I hunted this morning in the rain and didn't see any. I've been getting at least 2-3 hunts in each week but nothing to show since my bow buck. I'm hoping if I can gets enough hunts in between now and Feb 10 I'll run into another buck.

I wish I could get in 2-3 hunts a week. I miss that so much, but the whole "I'm not paying to hunt anymore" thing is kinda nice as well...

I'm getting ready to head south. I lost a buck like last week tracked him a good ways and missed one the weekend before. I got a new place I'm hunting this weekend. No one has hunted it all season although MTeague missed a giant not far from there maybe 3-400 yards away

Froze my ass off this AM, didn't see anything, and got home to see 5 deer behind our condo. One big doe has been bedded down for the past hour. Why wouldn't deer I can't hunt be right outside my bedroom window?!

Congrats BR! Not sure if I'll be able to get out again before the end of the month. This whole "relying on someone else to take me" thing is rough. The cost, however, is not...

Shot a doe this evening. That makes 4 for the year. Unfortunately, no horns for me this year, but good luck to the rest of you hunting. My season is done... I enjoyed it fellas
