1 otter this morning! Trap knocked his tail stiff!
The harder I practice, the luckier I get.

Well I guess it'll be Sunday before I can get to my sets again. They are all way under water after our 2 1/2"'s of rain last night.

Well the picture stinks but I managed to float one otter out of the three sets I could find today. I should be able to at least run them all tomorrow and hopefully will be able to reset them all by Wednesday.

I would hate to be an otter around your place. You ever thought about getting one mounted? They look really cool.

I want one of everything mounted Matt but limitations on space are a problem until we get our house built. God help when we finally do get it built it'll look like a zoo between me and Amanda!

3 beaver and 2 otter today! Foot traps and snares are still too deep to catch but the conibears under dive sticks either had animals in them or trash had thrown them from the flood.

What is required to obtain a trapping license? Been looking on internet and unable to find EXACTLY what to do. Also, anyone around the Dora/Sumiton area that would like some help running their lines and teaching me along the way? Any help would be appreciated.

Another first for me! Not just a first catch but the first one I've ever seen or heard of in my area! Nutria rat! These suckers have got teeth like a beaver!

Well I have seen and heard of a lot of things that have come out of Wash Co, but a nutria rat is a first for me.
