I have looked at outdooralabama, in the hunting and fishing digest on the forestry website...is buckshot permitted on National Forest Land? I know slug only on WMA's but I cannot find anything for National Forest.

I'd call.. eregulations.com/alabama says you can.. BUT to make sure.. I'd call and ask where you can see it in plain writing. Thanks for the info, however that is for the state of Texas. I just called the Wildlife and Fisheries division and they said NO BUCKSHOT on public land in Alabama.
