WinstonVizsla 4 point W Joined: Oct 2011 Posts: 353	Green mirror is for fresh water and blue mirror is for salt water. It's purpose is to block out those wave lengths so you have less glare and can see deeper. Lakes generally have a green tint, ocean has blue tint.
