Venison? Roll it in buttermilk then flour with salt and pepper. Don't over cook it. Easy as it gets.

Cut it into strips and throw it in the crock pot with a can of beer, 1 onion, 2 red/yellow/orange bell pepper, and a pack of fajita mix. Serve over warm tortillas with fajita fixins.

Cut into strips about the size of your finger, dredge in flour, seasoned salt, a little bit of garlic salt and drop in your Fry Daddy.
