I am looking to get information on Double "OO" Hunting club in Greene County. I have heard that it is very political but I want to know how is the deer hunting. I want to know if you see a good amount of deer on the green fields. I would be taking my two kids and I want them to be able to see deer in the fields. Any information would be appreciated.

Whereabouts in Greene? If it's in Boligee, then, yes you'll have to fight off the deer with a stick.

There property is north of Eutaw, off 141. I hunted in Westbank hunting club. We had small sections of land surrounded by them. There is good deer in the area. That area is covered in deer. Or at least it was when I quit hunting there in 2000.

I can't swear for 100%, but I'm 90% sure this buck was shot there. I reckon it's been close to 10 years ago though. I wasn't in it, but I'm friends with the guy in the orange hat (he killed it). I do not know the other fella.

Person I know in it says not losts of deer seen in fields and no real good shooters seen.

Ikillbux, I was in "00" 10 years ago and did not see that deer or remember that guy. Not saying he didn't kill it there but I would like to think I would remember a deer of that quality.

That deer was killed at the dog running Double 00 Hunting Club that is in Barbour County.

Only know cause I've caught their dogs numerous times over the years and seen double oo on the collar when I go to get a phone number for them.Pretty careless with their dogs at the one in barbour county

I was in a club that bordered 00 in greene co. Decent numbers and I have seen some great deer they have killed in past years. I was a member next door 6-7 years ago. They killed a mid 150" deer that year
Give me bout 15 more minutes, I was dreamin about beavers..........

I was a member once. Mainly turkey hunted. Got some good pics of bucks but never killed one. Turkey hunting was good. They started to limit members to 3 gobblers because so many members started hunting them. They have two camp sites. I remember that one guy practically lived at the club. Alan was the guy that ran the club. He was super nice.

Ah ha, didn't condider there was two "00" clubs. I was pretty sure that's what he told me.
