I would love to find a good place in Tuscaloosa, Pickens, Sumter or Greene county. I am primarily a bowhunter and would love a place with a substantial amount of hardwoods. I know those places are getting harder and harder to find but I'm hopeful. I have been in Westervelt clubs in the past but all of those are mostly pine plantations now. I have been mostly hunting public land recently but I have small children that are getting interested in going hunting with me now so I need a place to take them to sit over a greenfield too.

have you heard of S&S hunting club in coker. may be worth you checking into. seems to be a good group of guys and sound like they might fit most of the things on your wishlist.

Bear Creek Hunting Club in Duncanville might have an opening for next year. We've got a pretty large wetland refuge area that's nothing but thick hardwoods along the creek and they're not supposed to ever cut it or thin it. Good club and good deer if you put in the time
