I agree as well doe killer and bowtechdan, I just thaw enough to work with it. Actually it really helps in cleaning it up really good by it being half froze so to speak. I cut all the sinew and glands out mine. I can make some pieces of shoulder meat taste like tenderloin. Well that might be stretching it a little but if you cut it up right it's almost as good.
