it is illegal to kill someone dog just for walking on your property.
Isnt speeding also a misdemeanor??? WHEN people are mad about a tresspassing dog, I dont think worrying about a misdemeanor really crosses their mind. Emotions run high both ways. Im am suprised that more people arent killed over tresspassing aniamls. Each group feels they are right. IF you deciede to kill a trespassing dog, I guess you need to be prepared to deal with the out come!
