Jerry Jinright of the Pike County area is probably one of the longest tenured game warden in the state. I think he has close to 45 years in and is still working. I remember one day about 1970, 30 or so of us were in a big peanut field shooting doves, I didn't have a license. I looked across the field and 3 or 4 game wardens were fanned out checking people. I had a dove float by and I barely winged it, as I got close to the bird he would pick up and fly towards the fence line. When he got to the fence I just went thru the fence and into the woods on the other side. Every time I saw Jerry for years I thought he was going to give me a ticket, but I had my license from then on.

I thought you were dating Robinson? Why can't you just tell him?

Jeff Brown. I've heard he'll even give his wife a ticket for fishing without a license.

I've met several of the hale county guys black guys in there 30 ' s seemed like good people I always liked rusty that was in Lowndes county. The same one the was on the buckmasters show. Chris Jarawoski used to be the biologist on Lowndes wma always liked him. Met justin brock a time or two and he was pretty cool he is/was the biologist for David Nelson wma

I don't think Grady does enforcement anymore. Last time I talked to him he told me to start contacting McHenry. James Brooks was my all time favorite.

I will have to agree that Jimmy Jones, is one of the best outdoorsmen there is . He could sneak up behind you in the middle of a 40 acre open field. I encountered him a few times when I was younger and he was friendly but professional . Jimmy could run as fast and as long as any Lawman I know. From my recollection he only stopped to catch his breath once in a short hilly marathon he and I ran one time. Another GW that falls into the great outdoorsman mold is Joe Carroll . I think he is still working Henry county. Richard Reed, is also a good guy that did his job with a high degree of professionalism . The South East corner of Alabama has a lot of very good Game and Fish officers.

Mark Jolley is the warden that showed up when a buck was poached on our property last year. Also been checked by him multiple times. Never had an issue with him. Stand up,no BS kind of guy in my dealings with him in Russell county

My arrest from Mark Jolly was in 1995 when he was first starting out.He was very unproffessionsl, used no common sense, and cost me a lot of money in lawyers fees.(case was thrown out by judge). So you will have to forgive me if I have a different perspective. He also told several lies in court.I`m sure hes a great guy.
