I agree with Matt,I have property that I hunt exclusive,and have not shot a doe in 3 years because I was seeing a decline in the numbers.I made this decision by my own observation,and the state was still allowing 2 does a day.If you don't need does killed on your property,then simply don't shoot them no matter what the limit is.....problem solved.
