Florida has Special Opportunity hunts at select WMAs for deer and turkey. Pressure is highly controlled and these hunts are extremely popular due to the quality of the hunts, sightings and kills. It's a draw so it's far from all access. I wouldn't use the words Quality, Hunting, and Florida in the same sentence.
