Closest I have come is 151. I seen one in a bean field on Woodley Rd in Montgomery several years ago that would have easily busted 200 inches. Biggest deer I have ever seen in my life.

I have only seen one close to 160 and I was riding down a dirt road. He was tending a doe and didn't care that we were there. Biggest buck I have ever seen in the wild. If I would have had a gun in the truck day (around the age of 14) I likely would have broken a window and the law.

I saw a picture of a 154" deer killed on Woodley Road last week. I know a handful of people who have killed 160" deer in Alabama but they are few and far between. I had a fellow who leases land here in Lowndes County tell me once he only shoots deer 160" or better and I thought to myself I bet you don't kill many deer.

I might have saw one tied to the top of a mini-van. The mini-van had dual exhausts and mudgrips on the front.

I know a guy, who knew a guy, who heard from another guy, that a guy he knew, had a cousin, who's son had a friend, who's father told of his mother's brother killing a 160" buck...atleast I think that's how it went.
