Slap me silly, but....My wife and I have raised two wonderful successful daughters and not once after the initial event did we discuss their period. I guess I am old fashioned, but I will thank the Good Lord tonight I am what I am.

I'm taking my Daughter hunting in the morning and she says she has started her period. I will be watching closely for Rutting Activity.
What, was this like, supper table conversation or a reply to "How was your day?" or just a "Yo, goin' out with Susie, got my period, glad to be going hunting in the morning" kind of event? WTH?
