If I take my girlfriend hunting when she's on her "cycle" and I kill a buck will I be guilty of baiting?

True story. Years ago me and my best friend took his good looking sister hunting during the rut. It was her first time hunting although she had shot his rifle several times before. We put her in a food plot in a ladder stand and we hunted nearby. About an hour later we heard her shoot. Then right before dark we heard her shoot again. We pulled up at dark and there lay a big 9 pt not 20 steps from her stand headed her direction. She said she had to pee right after we dropped her off and climbed down and peed at the foot of the stand. After a while a buck came in downwind with his head to the ground coming straight to her and she missed. Another bigger buck did the same thing right before dark and she killed him coming straight to her nose in the air. And she WAS on her period.

I hunted with a coon ass that would get his old lady's tampons and use them in the rut. I've tried to get mine to use a fan when the rut comes in so she can kill one. She doesn't think it's funny.
Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!

Next time take a scent rag tie to rope and drag it in. When your at your stand take out another scent rag and place it about 20 yards out. If it works start selling it as meahgan in heat
