Hunted Yates WMA this morning. Didn't see any deer but heard lots of coyotes, turkeys, and ducks. At right around 9am this guy snuck up behind me. Saw him cutting across the side of the hill 5 yards behind me and to the right. He trotted on out to about 15yds before I was able to get my bow up and drawn and he was facing straight away from me and uphill. Rage went in right behind his shoulders and exited out the middle of his chest. He made it 5 yards but most of that was just flopping down the hill.
