I have some meat that a friend processed for me on 1/22/14. It is just cubed steak and little tenderloins.. It is only wrapped up and taped in the white type of freezer or butchers paper. How long should I expect it to last? And if you have any good recipes for the cubed steak that would be nice. Thanks

Lay the cube steak out flat. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on it. Add a couple jalapeos and roll it up. Wrap with bacon and grill. I'm gonna try this in the near future.

As long as it isn't freezer burnt it's fine
I don't want to pass quietly into the night. I want to slide in sideways kickin and screamin. Life really is awesome ... Soak it up while you can ...

If it smells good and no freezer burn, it's good. I fried up some deer sausage in my freezer since last december this morning.

I'm gonna try this in the near future. you are pretty close on this one but you missed an important step. you gotta apply a good dose of tony chacheres creole seasoning on top of that cream cheese before you roll it up. also sprinkle some on the outside as you grill.
Yeah cmon. Daniel White

I'll be at the firehouse, so there'll be Tony's there. Haha
