I'm a hunter...but hunters "don't provide the land" If it wasn't for the tax money being spent to purchase and acquire these lands...public hunters would be out of luck altogether....


Read my post again. It said public land ACCESS. Hunters pay the taxes as well as the cost of a permit. Why should one group have to pay, but another doesn't? Why does one group get a "discount" by not having to buy a permit?

How are "hunters providing" public access? Are they standing at the gates checking IDs and permits? Hunters and non hunters provide it... You buying a WMA license doesn't provide the nonbuyer chit... He has as much right to it as anyone...
