There may be genetic inclinations to being homosexual just like there are genetic inclinations to being an alcoholic or a serial killer.
Bottom line is all men are born without sin which makes it indefinitely a choice made by the individual.
What they convince themselves is irrelevant.
Everybody experiences temptation in different ways. all sins are equal and the gov should look at bigger issues first
