Never had one but based on what my friends have told me they experienced, I would reccomend something that causes unconsciousness.

Witnessed a guy in ER a couple months ago with em, a tough looking grown man... He told his wife to go to truck and get the gun and shoot him.. I hope and pray I never have em!!

I've had one. They hurt. There is NO possible way to get comfortable. Drink lots of water, and something that is a diuretic.

I read where a guy swears if you have the calcium type to drink 6 can cokes all in an hour and the acid will dissolve it. I have had one, I drank so much water I was water sick. Got some relief in a super hot jacuzzi. Passed in about 24hrs. Good luck.

One thing I figured out when I had mine. "Could this possibly be a kidney stone" NEVER crosses your mind. You KNOW you've got a kidney stone.

One thing I figured out when I had mine. "Could this possibly be a kidney stone" NEVER crosses your mind. You KNOW you've got a kidney stone. Absolutely true. Between the pain and peeing blood, I knew exactly what the problem was on mine. The ER trip wasn't for diagnosis, it was for relief.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Worst pain I ever experienced.I cut a finger off when I was 18 and it didnt hurt as bad as my 2 stones.I do think that bill has some sort of olive oil remedy.Some guys on here have tried it and say it works.The wonder shot at the e.r worked miracles for me.

Our daughter weighed 8-7 and son was 10-2 when they were born.
Wife said her kidney stone was worse than giving birth to either of them. I wouldn't wish kidney stones on ... well, I know one or two people I might. Never have had one, knock on wood, and don't want them.

Olive oil remedy sounds like gall bladder remedy.

4 oz lemon juice, 2 oz olive oil and add some honey to kill the awful taste. I've used it twice and pain was gone in an hour and I passed the stones within a week or so with zero pain. I've had about 10 other people that have used it with the same results and 2 people it didn't work for at all.

I think its 3oz lemon juice
3oz of honey and olive oil to kill the taste or something like that.I asked him last week and i think thats what he said.Good luck.My wife has them from time to time and i feel so sorry for her.

Man oh man. Those things are terrible. I drank lotsa beer to make me pee. Doc said that was okay. Never passed it and had to have surgery. Still, drink lotsa beer. Nothing kills the pain, worse than childbirth I think. Not that I ever gave birth, but if childbirth hurt as much as a kidney stone , we'd be extinct.
