 "Tank" trailed this deer in circles then jumped the deer, lost her and then got back on the trail. The deer bedded down on the edge of a pasture and Tank sniffed her out and then had a nice form tackle on her to bring this big doe down for good. Just picture a lion taking down a zebra.

Guys, be careful with your tracking dog if it likes to catch/kill instead of baying. My Drahthaar female was seriously gored when she tracked down & tried to catch a big buck off lead. Luckily, she will be OK. I know 1 tracker who shocks his dog off the deer & gets away with it. I will only use her on does now & use my baying dogs on bucks.
