I was playin around with ideas of a deer roast for Christmas. Wasn't for sure bout exactly how to do it. But I finally decided to cut the roast up and put it in the crock pot with a lil bit of lemon juice, Moore's, milk and about a cup of coke. Mixed in a few spices of choice and added enough water for the meat to sit in. Put it on low over night. Got up the next mornin and added 4 packs of brown country gravy and oh boy was it a hit. Twas gone in just a couple mins with everybody digging in. 😆😋🙌

Deer roast are very simple and really good. Anybody that claims they don't eat venison has never tried on.

I cut several roast each year. We love em.
