Hunting family farm in Jackson county, sitting in a tripod stand watching corner of a hayfield that has a food plot planted in it. Seen 14 so far, all does. I've had a doe and 2 little ones entertaining me for the last 20 minutes running around the field and thru a wet weather pond.
Finally deported myself from the peoples republik of Kaliforkistan.

In the climber this morning watching a logging trail thru some thinned pines. There's a buck making a circle thru here and he's got several scrapes around. Fingers crossed that I get to at least see a deer this morning!

I'm off work all week, so I plan on hunting as much as possible...I opted for a shooting house this morning while it's still misting rain/fog. I had a spike come out at 6:45; he fed in the field for about 15 minutes
