Speaking of that, we went to the Huddle House in Fort Payne after a skin doctor visit the other day for breakfast. When we got there, there was the big ol' morbidly obese black dude and his buddy sitting at one of the tables already eating a full breakfast. As we sat there, ordered, drank coffee and ate, he ordered and ate at least two more full breakfasts, and then the crack head waitress, brought him another free plate of food that was either mis-ordered or cooked wrong and the ol' boy ate that too!.
On a positive note, there was this older couple eating there next to them, who looked like they could hardly buy clothes to wear, and he whispered to the waitress and picked up their tab. So he was a gool ol' boy, but damn son, it would seem that once you got to a certain point, you would stop eating so much...

Gonna over work his ticker. You still working out? I had to quit with hernia surgery which sucked. Plan to start back in January. Walking a lot so i hav kept my weight down

I said the same thing last week cause I had food poisoning from 88 Buffet on University Drive Ate there once and will not be back. I get Chinese at the place by Walmart. Oriental Express is the name of it. Jalapeno Chicken and fried rice is hard to beat.

I remember inviting my friend and his wife to a chain buffet with Chinese food and sushi in Dothan. Well my friend’s wife made the mistake of eating greasy egg rolls that looked questionable and started blowing chunks as soon as we walked out the door. How I didn’t get sick pigging on sushi is a miracle.

Deadlifts today after this cup of coffee. We haven't been doing cardio lately, but we will start that back next week at Will's Valley Rec Center I think.

Sweet home in Rainsville is my favorite. Some of the Hamon Homes people work there but I am proud to support them. Some of the best fried chicken you can eat

There's a chinese buffet here that I refuse to go to. About 15 years ago I was doing electrical work with my cousin and had to go into the kitchen of the place to get to the panel. About 15 Mexicans in there, food all over the floors, mixing up sauce in the sinks, etc. Completely grossed me out. I noticed that the cover wasn't on the 400 amp service panel while I was there. Couple of weeks later the owner of the place was cleaning up and decided to take a wet rag and wipe the dust off the bus bars...... He survived somehow.

I'm not big on buffets in general, but some of our family gatherings insist that we go there. That said, Golden Corral isn't/wasn't half bad the few times I went. Never got sick at one, not a high bar, but just sayin'
The left lane is for the the purpose of moving the flow of traffic forward regardless of the speed limit. If your impeding the flow of traffic get your ass in the right lane. It's really that simple...
