You pull a lime buggy with a truck on the road....got that covered. It's pulling it on property that is the issue, as our normal tractor guy is busy tomorrow. I know it's a shot in the dark just looking for help.

I don't think it will make much of a difference this year if you put it out now or wait a month to put it out. Don't it usually take 3-4 months before the lime starts working?
I had much rather be tried by twelve than carried to my grave by six!!!!

With the rain we got yesterday i doubt you can get a lime buggy in and out of food plots.

I thought you pulled lime buggies with trucks This^^ just always used the truck on and off the road. But we used Chevy so we didn't have any problems..

Lime buggies that I've used had to be hooked up to a PTO to run the spreader. I do think that there are some that are wheel drive through.

The ones we get every year can be pulled with anything. The wheels activate the spreader.

I pulled a hopper with powder Lime around a Greene county club i was in with a Ford Ranger 4x4................only thing I had a problem with was going down a couple of down hill roads to fields because of the weight it was very hard to stop! Also we did not fill the hopper completely full (3/4) so it would be easier on my truck. Still dont know how I got stuck pulling it around when other guys had full size trucks:)
