Had a camera replaced once,replacement developed the same problem called Bushnell to see if it might be a software issue which it was not CS rep. replaced the second camera with a new one and said keep the one with the problem on us, she felt it was unfair for me to have to wait for it to be sent back for evaluation, Good Cameras, Better Customer Service!!!

I have had several Bushnell Trophy Cams, and have had to send back a few of them, but will continue to buy them, based off of the fact that you get to speak to a live, breathing American, and they have always made right with me, in a timely manner.

I agree 100%. I have not had one problem with Bushnell CS. I will keep buying bushnell cameras for that reason. They are very good to deal with.
