I am looking at buying my son a bowhunt for his graduation trip. I was thinking Kentucky. Any opinions on where to look for an outfitter? Any other opinions? Thanks

stay with western ky. you can get cheaper hunts in east ky, but the bigger deer are in the west.

I decided on Buck Country Outfitters. I am hunting up there the first week of November. Its actually my sons graduation trip and I'm going to film him. Thanks for the help.

however, if you haven't paid yet, look over towards madisonville and owensboro.

I've already sent in a deposit. It's our first hunt out of state so maybe we will at least learn from it.

dont get me wrong, you are going to a good area for big bucks. you will see more deer in western ky on the right property. based on what i see on their website, should be a fun hunt.
