I'm not sure why all the fuss about this subject. I personally find no "sport" in it at all. It definitely requires no skill in my opinion, even with a bow. I mean some dogs are fenced in people's back yard and even come to you when called. Seems like shooting fish in a barrel to me. Dogs are easily baited, and you could claim that your bait is just "scraps" from supper last night that you threw out.

The piebald ones would make good mounts. Taxidermy fees for a full body mount? What kind of poses do they offer? The hunch and grin, right rear leg raise, left rear leg raise or sit/stay?

If we could ever figure out a good marinade for them, nobody would care as long as you shoot them in season.

If we could ever figure out a good marinade for them, nobody would care as long as you shoot them in season. Marinated in burnt motor oil cook for four hours over a burning tractor tire salt lightly to taste
We will burn that bridge when we get there
