Why is there not any places to stay that has a good pool area for kids. The only place i know if is that caribe place but from what i could tell they only offer a 4 bedroom. We stayed at a place called waterscape in destin one year and it was great for kids. Do yall know of any places in orange beach or gulf shores that would be good for kids. I could care less about the pool but my kids are too young to enjoy the beach and had rather be at the pool

Phoenix west and West 2 have indoor/outdoor pools and a lazy river. They offer3 and 4 bedrooms. What are you looking for besides a pool. Rooms, on the beach, etc?

We stay at the Escapes I think. It has 3 pools one indoor heated, one big outside and one kid pool. Good place to stay. I think it's called Escapes to the shores. It's what used to be The Shores

We really only need a one bedroom but couuld do a two. I would prefer beach side. Would just like to have a pool, maybe a splash pad, water slide, etc. Just stuff for small kids to do

Older condo (sugar beach) had anything from studios to 3 bedrooms. Pre-Ivan, had 3 pools. Was thinking that post-Ivan, they rebuilt with 2? Used to have the "sugar shak" by the pools and dude made some good nacho's. Thinking he sold cold beer too!

The harder I practice, the luckier I get.

Oh yea, my In laws have had a time share there for 30+ years.. When it was the Shores, that was the place I got caught trying to burn the bearings out of it before I was married... That was in my sinful days laugh laugh

We go down there every second week of June.. I fish all week and not sure what everybody else does...

We've stayed at Caribe every year for past 8/9 years. They have 2 BR, 3BR and some 3BR with a media Room. All the ones we've stayed in with media room had a sleeper sofa in it.
Go to VRBO, you can search by # of BR's on vrbo CARIBE.

Great place: lazy river, 3 outside pools (2 with slides) and 2 indoor pools I think. Got docks on bay and you can fish off 1 of them.

You will have to look at alot of rooms on VRBO to find a deal though.

Sea wind in GS has a small kiddie pool area. Very nice complex 2 BR for he most part. I would honestly check out PCB. More for kids to do there and a really cool place called Splash to stay. My kids are getting older so we like Aqua and Edgewater.

The wharf without any hesitation...Not very many people stay there and they have their own waterpark...The kids will love it...Plus it's very quiet there...

The wharf is pretty cool. They also have concerts, a ferris wheel, a movie theater, and a bunch of little shops for the wife. grin

We stay every summer. At night you can walk down and fish the bay off the boat pier. Love the lazy river and slide.
