If so what are some of your tactics for buck in early bow season.Where do you see them the most. What time do you try to hunt them and etc.Been hunting it many years.Never seem to be in the right place at the right time.Have seen many nice ones but have either choked or just not got a shot off. Also have a hard time resisting those big flop ears

I have hunted there the last two years. The management area is good but my opinion is there is enough hunting pressure during bow season it keeps the deer spooked and nocturnal. When the woods flood with gun hunters in Nov/dec/jan the success rate goes up because the deer get pushed and have to move, not because they chose to move. Its a matter of luck and knowing there escape routes I think. IMO

My advice..... Hunt it before they open the gun weekend hunts... When they do.. It will sound like WWIII... Every Florida and Cajun will be there blasting away.. They rent every cabin down at Abercrombies Fish Camp in Clayton...

Other than that.. Stay on the hot acorn trees.. They will come...

Dropped our lease in the southeast corner on 79 and county shop... we were hosting too many WMA hunters.

Hell one of them just came and took my golf cart tires.

My experience with hunting pressured lands is as mentioned above, with enough pressure it will keep the deer moving all day. Get on the back side of where most people enter the woods and be ready to shoot quick cause the deer will be moving! Or hunt on the "bad" weather days when no one else wants to be out there. Really just gotta be lucky
