Got to thinking of a scenario that might occur in the upcoming hunting seasons.
So what if a WMA hunter is hunting near a property line of private land or a hunting club and he is closer than 100 yards of corn on the private land? He has no idea the corn is there. Is he subject to a ticket?

A friend got a ticket ,hunting in a baited area, the corn was not his and on the adjoining property but he knew it was there .

If you get caught hunting within X feet of corn and the corn is NOT on your property, I 100% believe you could fight it in court and win that case. You're NOT supposed to be on the adjoining property so how could you know?
I don't think a legitimate GW would not write a ticket for such unless he or she saw you place the corn there or know that you had knowledge of the corn's existence.
