I don't plan on getting off the interstate, but I also know what happened in Houston earlier this week. Anybody heard what the racists have planned for tomorrow in the 'Ham?

With the deer show going on, they may not make it to the interstate! I seriously doubt anything will go on here. If you were driving through Detroit or Chicago I'd be a little more concerned. Just remember where that gas pedal is and you should be fine. Get a good running start!

Doubt you will have any problems on the interstate or around the BJCC. If your walking by yourself wearing flip flops or skinny jeans you may be in trouble. BJCC will be full of bearded rednecks wearing camo and packing heat, not where you would want to start a confrontation.

If you're coming down I-65 from H'ville, your last chance for gas before coming through the 'Ham needs to be Gardendale or Fultondale. I wouldn't exit after that if I didn't have to.

Should be ok. I just drove through Forestdale, AL and they are all at the carnival tonight. One of the grocery store parking lot carnivals.. Lol

They have a rally at Kelly Ingram park tomorrow from 12 till 2. That is not far from the Bjcc.

The guy trying to open that car door would've been a dead ass!!! I agree with you sportnwood it REALLY pissed me off just watching that even though he didn't hit her in the video there's no telling what would've happened if he'd gotten the door open.

I talked to a brotha I work with yesterday and asked him this sane question. He lines in the ham but has some really conservative views from 10yrs in the military. and he is bringing his kids to the show. Not for protesting but because they hunt. He said he had not heard of anything at this point but agreed it would be a bad idea to start something at the deer show. Hopefully they will know better.

I feel that the race baiters in the crowd will be near the show...hoping to START some sort of incident for the publicity. Dont use common sense or figuring what is right or wrong in these things...think what would HELP their agenda...especially on gun control...and an INCIDENT that garners publicity is what they will be looking for.
I wont go until tomorrow as avoidance is the best thing I feel.

Went to Fairfield yday to Willie Mays park. Son played a baseball game there. We were definitely in the minority there but everyone was super nice. Had a good time till the rain came. bout halfway thru the game. My wife did go into walmart and said she got alot of looks there as she was the only white person in there lol.

Its a smaller percentage than the media would like us to think. I wouldn't worry but I'd take a few extra rounds just in case.

They only had 500 show up in new york city. Media is trying to make this a bigger deal than it is.

Other than rush hour traffic you should be fine. B'ham is one of the worst cities to drive through in the morning and the afternoon rush hour, bar none.
As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.
