I love my wife been married 18 years she never wants a thing for valentines day. She said its a fake made day to make people spend money. Never celebrated it

Mine and my wife's first valentines day as a married couple, 14 years ago, was interesting and educational. We both agreed we wouldn't buy each other anything and we would get something quick for dinner after she got in from work. Well, being a woman, she came home with a gift for me, looking for hers and wanting to know what fancy place I had reserved for us. We both learned something about each other that night. She learned that when I say I'm not going to do something...I mean it. I learned about her that when she says she isn't going to do something...she's lying!!

Hate this time of the year! Valentines Day, Wedding anniversary and wifes birthday all within 30 days of each other  Sounds like October at my house. My birthday and my wife's birthday our wedding anniversary and bow season opens all in the same month!

Funny...we were at the local fish store and my wife wanted some new coral for our saltwater tank. I looked at her funny and she said, "That's what I want for Valentines Day!". So.....our saltwater reef tank got a new addition! Glad my wife share the same hobby as me!
