Gentlemen, I just got a brand new Bowtech Guardian 29" 70# bow from my fiance for my birthday.
Of course, I am elated but I don't know a whole lot about the bow. She bought it at Mark's and got it half price ($400). I was hoping I could get some feedback on what you all think about the bow.
I took it and had it outfitted with a whisker biscuit, a used illuminated sight, peepsight, quiver and half dozen arrows (another $250!). I'm ready for deer season! Of course, I will happily settle for turkeys next week!

congrats on the new rig. I know that the General had some limb issues, but haven't heard anything negative about the guardian. Both bows are discontinued per Bowtech's website. Happy shooting. October is closer than you think.

I just bought one NIB off of archerytalk.com set it up with a Spot Hogg sight, doinker stab, alpine quiver and g5 expert II rest. One of the best shooting bows I have shot, the best I have ever owned.
