Get the F out of the BATFE. The F is guaranteed by the US Constitution. Those other letters are not.

I eat beaver every chance I get, but moose might be the best red meat I ever had.

My Grandmother who was born in Arkansas in 1909, so she knew poor, has eaten pretty much every game meat in America. She wasn't crazy about bear, beaver, coon and possum but she said the best meat in America, including beef is moose. I want to try it one day.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Moose is the best wild meat I've ever had. Better than Elk and Elk is fine. You can have the same cut of venison and Moose , cooked the same way and you'll feed the venison to the dog.

Yup
Moose is tops in my book
I’ve actually had opossum and it wasn’t bad.

The guy traps and feeds them out on corn

It did taste worse once I found out it was opossum

Your Deer must taste A LOT better than Eastern Whitetails to rank it ahead of Elk.

Pronghorn is the finest wild meat in North America. It’s better than cow elk. Which is better than any moose to me.

Got to try Moose years ago. Really good. Elk is fine too.

Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.

My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

Have never eaten moose, but have had caribou. Moose would have to be some kinda good to top it.

The moose steaks I’ve eaten have been the closest to beef steaks I’ve ever had, elk is a close second

I killed a moose in Montana about 10 years ago. It was good, but I was honestly expecting more based on how everyone rants and raves over it. I found it to be similar to elk and deer. I do know it takes a long time to eat a moose, so maybe I just got tired of it.

I'll tell you something you won't believe. I was in China and I was picking through what they served us for a business dinner. I got to some dumplings that just had essentially meat in them. They were GOOD. I told they guy next to me that was having trouble finding something to eat he was OK with: "Hey man try those dumplings, they got a real good flavor on them. You don't even need any sauce". He asked the host what it was. They said, "Oh that's Donkey".

It was one of the best things I ate over there. I don't know what to tell you it tasted like, it tasted like "donkey". Not chicken, beef, lamb, deer, whatever.

The lady told me they have a saying in China: "When we get to heaven, we will have dragon meat. Until then, we have donkey".

So if we ever have hard times, you better put your donkey up. I might come get him. Of course I don't know what they fed that donkey out on to make him taste like that. Probably not pasture weeds.
