We’re taking 2 members in our lease due to acquiring more land if anyone is interested.
The property consists of 716 acres in Winston County with 7 total members. We have 15 green fields, 6 bait stations, and most of our properties border large sections of Bankhead National Forest, so it hunts bigger than the acreage would suggest.
Membership is $2,000 per year and includes 3 bucks and 3 does. Bucks must be outside the ears, and we ask that you don’t shoot does with fawns. If it’s a kid’s first buck, we’ll make an exception.
Turkey hunting rights are included on 308 acres of the property. No jakes.
Your wife and children living in your household are welcome to hunt under your membership. Guests are welcome too, and guest passes are free. Guests are limited to 4 hunts (AM or PM each count as one hunt), and any deer harvested by family members or guests count toward your membership limits.
We also ask that members don’t use the club for recreational shooting or ATV joy riding. We try to keep the property in good shape and the atmosphere relaxed.
Members are welcome to fish our 7-acre lake anytime.
There isn’t a camp house or camper area. This is simply a place to enjoy hunting and spend time outdoors.
Most of us have kids and full-time jobs. We built this club to be somewhere we can come, enjoy a quiet weekend, and hopefully put some meat in the freezer or a good buck on the wall. We aren’t interested in drama. We expect everyone to use common sense, respect the land, and respect each other.
If you’re looking for a club with a lot of rules and someone measuring every little thing, this probably isn’t the place for you. We have a few common-sense rules, good people, and we’d like to keep it that way.
