$189, I'm on levelized billing. I'm sure actual usage will be around $300 this month. Used $7.94 yesterday. About 1850 square feet. Lots of attic insulation and lots of shade. That includes a dusk to dawn light on a pole next to the house that's $10-12/month

Last powerbill was $153, $27 of that total is the trash bill.
It’s a 2,000sqft house built in 1978 with two people living in it
Other relevant details, the house is shaded a good bit and natural gas powers the water heater, stove/oven and furnace(winter)
It is with Opelika Power, I’ve been very impressed with them.
Few months back had a tree come down in an afternoon storm and take out the lines.
From the time I called to the time power was restored it was 1hr, wow that’s solid

$256 and FPL but it’s been really hot down here like 95 or 96 in July. Would probably be $350 if I had not replaced AC. AC runs constantly it’s so hot.

Our highest bill so far at the Beach Bungalow has been $180. That's 1100s.f. and two people living here about 3 weeks out of each month. We have the thermostat on 76 during the day and 68 at night. All electric home. Alabama Power.
At the cabin 1100 s.f. also. I think our worst bill is usually about $150, but we leave it on about 76 most of the time where we're not there. 3 room A/C units. We crank the one in our bedroom down to aout 66 in the evenings. Edit: Forgot to add that the cabin is on Cherokee Electric which buys their power from TVA. We have a propane stove and oven and mainly use wood heat.

225, 2,600 sf Yup square footage, age and shade level. A 3,000sqft well built 2024 house will have a very different consumption than a 1933 3,000sqft house
