Ordered a replacement igniter kit online for my gas grill at camp. Supposed to get it yesterday but never received shipping confirmation so I called Weber customer service and eventually got a live person. Talk about great service. They made a mistake and to ensure I get my part today they shipped it overnight for free. I only paid for the part. Their automated customer service is terrible but if you get a live person Weber customer service is great.

I agree.
I needed new burners for mine.
Called them and talked to a fella about which burners were needed.
he asked for the serial number and told me they are covered under warranty.
shipped them at no charge to me.
Excellent customer service in my experience also

I’ll give Green Mountain props too. Called their support about a small auger issue and they sent me an entirely new smoker no questions asked.
