Anyone have a butcher around B'ham for good beef. Need a pair of ribeye's and a NY Strip for a special occasion.

If you really want to blow your budget, have them cut a steak from the Wagyu loin.

More marbling than meat on that thing.

I live about a mile from Mr. P’s Deli and Butcher shop. Can’t go wrong there.

Marks Mart on Rocky ridge in Vestavia. Been to this location and the Selma location. Good choices there.

Cajun Clever on HWY 150. I have never been there but hear good things.

For My money it is hard to beat Costco. They have quality meat.

Both in Hoover. One 3 minutes from me. The other 10 minutes from me.

My son swears by cajun cleaver. I have no preference between the two. I don't buy beef from anyone but Bar L now.

Not sure where you are located; but heard good things about Smiley's in Pelham. Killer deli sandwiches and burger, as well.
Been meaning to check out Marks's Mart; we go to Cafe Iz across the street a lot. My wife eats their chicken salad for breakfast and fine dining level desserts.

Smileys has excellent dry aged beef.

Mr. P’s has never disappointed. They also have a great marinade they can soak your steaks in.

Cajun Cleaver
Hoover Wine and Steaks

Both have various Prime grade and Wagoo cuts. I want to say Cajun Cleaver has had dry aged there some too.
