Even the latest Fox News poll has Talarico over Paxton by three points. Talarico is an obvious fraud and idiot. The problem with this statement is Paxton was impeached for bribery, fraud, whistleblower retaliation, and more. He narrowly avoided felony conviction for securities fraud by some slap on the wrist type stuff and doing “community service”. He was divorced for adultery and has been seen going out on vacations with his mistress before even a final divorce. But somehow, someway, he’s seen as the “Godly” candidate of this race. As a moderate/independent I’m always flabbergasted to see how far the mantra of “the worst Republican is better than the best Democrat” can go. In all likelihood he’s probably a giant pile of shit. I wish Democrats would let go of identity politics and I wish Republicans would raise the bar from B-list cartoon villains.

I read yesterday that of the 50,000 illegals, they had returned 48,000. None of them ever left the continent of Africa.

Until then, I would vote for foghorn leghorn over any democrat.

Whoever throws their hat in the ring to run for election makes their positions on things known and then have one general election and if the top two are within a certain closeness in votes, then have a run-off election between the two. Then people could choose a person instead of a party.

Sonofabitch. I just saw this from Thomas Massie. Our government is basically letting Morocco know that they can have the northern coastal cities that Spain controls. Don’t fall for the fake Fox/GOP outrage. Two weeks ago the House passed a bill that greenlighted the transfer of Spanish territory to Morocco. Every Republican except me voted for it, but now THEY are acting shocked at the invasion. https://x.com/RepThomasMassie/status/2083564415392108788congress.gov/119/bills/hr8595/BILLS-119hr8595eh.pdf https://congress.gov/119/bills/hr94

Why do "we" have any say so about whether a Spanish territory is given to Morocco? Why would members of the United States Congress be voting on anything to do with that issue?

Just to refresh everyone's memory , by the third year of Biden's term , we were getting 8,0000 - 10,000 border jumpers ........... a day.
"Why do you ask"?
Too many people spend money they don't have , on things they don't need, to impress people they don't know.

We don't That's just some bullshit that Massie is putting out to try and keep himself relevant. He is trying to tie a committee report to his claim. https://x.com/wayfarer679/status/2083646436692910394?s=20He's jumping in with a bunch of other losers ![[Linked Image from pbs.twimg.com]](https://pbs.twimg.com/media/HOpSxQAW4AAR5f0.jpg)
