I’m possibly looking for a good smith who can rebarrel a bergara hmr carbon barrel 308 to a Kreiger or criterion stainless in 22 creed, any suggestions?

Try sending a PM to Gundoc. Kreiger makes a good barrel but there are a lot of good barrel makers these days. I would be open to other barrels if time is a consideration. Brux, Bartlein. CRB and others are all top notch.

Why not gunsmith shop. In meridian, Mississippi, don’t have any experience with him, just follow him on social media. But I’m gonna send a BAR to him to work on. He seems bout as knowledgeable as anyone I ever seen. But again, no first hand experience.

I’m impressed you got him on the phone. I live 20 min from him and would have thrown a lot of work his way over the years but I’ve yet to have him answer the phone or return a phone call🤷🏼♂️
