Is pretty dang good. I have a Viper that is about 3-4 years old. It gets fuzzy from 12-16 power. I emailed them today and within minutes they replied. Sent me a label and said get it to em, expect 7-10 days for the return. I thought that was pretty decent.

Glad you had success! Whether their glass is good or not seems to be highly subjective based on what I’ve read however the warranty appears to be top notch. I almost pulled the trigger on a couple models but eventually bought an Athlon Ares on close out.

Yep! I've had nothing but great experiences with them.

I prefer a warranty that I never have to use.

I was an actually thinking about that this morning. I’ve had some kind of vortex optics for 10 years or better now. Diamondback and viper mainly. This is the third one I’ve had trouble with. Second one I’ve sent back. Makes a man think a little.

There's a reason Vortex NEEDS to offer their warranty.

Hint...

This is why I prefer to buy older Swaro, Zeiss, and even earlier Leupold scopes. The quality like everything else built/made back in the day is better. Example frig, washer/dryer. Just my 60 yr old opinion.
And I've never had a problem getting any of the older scopes mentioned checked out by the manufacturer just for my piece of mind either.

The heaviest most expensive scope you can buy is the cheap POS with a great warranty that takes a dump on you when you've got that big boy in the crosshair.

Hint...

This man knows what he speaks of.

Bought one, a long time ago, sold it pretty quickly.

Never again.

Most, if not every company has a warranty. Hell, I got a Leopold Scope from a buddy that owed me money. It was an older Vari X 2 or 3. Mounted it on a rifle and the cross hairs were crooked. Contacted Leopold, and they sent me a brand new one.

I own numerous Vortex Scopes. Like em.

Kind of like Hyundai offering the best car warranty in the market because you’re going to need it. Bought two sets of Vortex binos over the years and got rid of both of them for Zeiss.

If someone gave me a brand new Vortex right now, I would not keep it.

I'd sell it, take the money, and use it to feed the homeless.

I hav never considered Vortex scopes. Many on Here hav liked them! I hear their warranty is awesome! Thats something loopy owners hav raved bout on here a million times about how great loopy warranty is

Always good if somebody stands behind their product. Almost bought lieca binos - warranty sucks. Even the best can break down

If you're talking Leupold, I've seen several that had to go back and one (a VX6) that just sucked out of the box.

My vx6 sucked out of the box and my vari x3 was like looking thru a coke bottle 40 years ago when i had it

If you check performance on loopy - they way down the list! Swaro - zeiss - meopta scopes - they way ahead and way higher rated and better reviewed!!

I never reviewed vortex scopes! I know vortex binos in razor uhd are very high end. Only smidgeons or nanometers behind swaro and zeiss

Uhd - elite

I lost a turret cover sighting in a few yrs ago. They sent me a new one, a hat, a sticker and some bikini covers that I didn’t expect. No issues so far with their optics on a couple viper scopes and a pair of diamondback binos. I’ll buy again
